Short Circuit Breathwork

Short Circuit Breathwork has been shown to help release stored emotions, remove sub-conscious blocks, provide clarity and enhance creative insights. It begins by breathing into the lower stomach, into the middle realm of the diaphragm, and into the top of the lungs. This technique improves lung capacity by using short exhalation, pushing out stale and trapped air. This technique can activate the nervous system but then calms it—which leads to deep relaxation.

About Chelsea

My journey with breathwork began at 14 after a near-death experience that left me on a ventilator and learning to breathe again. Breath became my guide through addiction recovery, trauma healing, and years of study in meditation, yoga, and pranic practices.

With over 15 years of training and facilitation, I now weave together diverse styles—yogic, rebirthing, holotropic, and shamanic—into a safe, transformative practice. My work helps others process trauma, find clarity, and reconnect with their innate power as their own healer.

Breathwork

Holotropic Breathwork is a powerful practice that induces a psychedelic-like state without plants, releasing tension, blocked emotions, and unspoken experiences through the breath for deep healing.

Pranayama Breathwork

Pranayama Breathwork uses gentle inhales through the nose and exhales through the mouth to cool the system, calm the mind, and relax the body.
