Alex is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Holistic Healing Advisor, Recovery Mentor, Yoga Teacher, and devoted mother. After years of living with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), navigating countless doctors and therapies, and carrying the weight of physical and emotional challenges, she discovered that true healing lies in finding your own balance between modern medicine and holistic practices. Her journey of transformation, shedding over 50 pounds, managing chronic pain, and reclaiming her life, ignited her passion for guiding others on their own paths to wellness.
With over 25 years of experience in recovery and addiction work, Alex has helped people around the world discover their unique roadmap to health. Drawing on her training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, along with her certifications in yoga and trauma-informed practices, she supports clients in nurturing body, mind, and spirit. From food and movement to relationships and environment, Alex empowers others to create their own formula for lasting well-being and to live more aligned, vibrant lives.
