About Aya
I’m a Certified Hakomi Practitioner, Depth Transformation Coach, and Quantum Healing Arts Practitioner dedicated to supporting profound healing and growth. My work weaves together over two decades of cross-cultural and ancient wisdom studies with the latest discoveries in neuropsychology, movement practices such a as dance and yoga, creating a unique and integrative approach to my work.
Being of Japanese and Polish heritage, and having lived between France and the UK, I bring a deep awareness of cultural complexity. I am especially attuned to the challenges of navigating identity and racial dynamics.
Having walked through addictions in my own life, I carry lived experience that allows me to meet others with compassion, humility, and non-judgment. In addition to PsychoSpiritual Coaching, I am also an Earth and Womb Wisdom Keeper, devoted to supporting the sacred power of creation, cycles, and renewal. I guide women in ceremony, leading circles, and perinatally.
Herbalism Apprenticeship
This offering is a journey of spiritual and personal development through creative, expressive, and somatic arts, a form of soul counsel guided by the language of art, story, and the body’s quiet wisdom. Together we explore the inner terrains of image, voice, breath, and sensation, where symbols and archetypes reorganize into clarity and coherence. Through practices like generative trance, drama therapy, and ritual, imagination becomes an instrument, attention becomes altar, and practice becomes the bridge between insight and daily life. The work cultivates sovereignty with softness: a grounded, creative self you can inhabit, trust, and create from.
