About Aya
I’m a Certified Hakomi Practitioner, Depth Transformation Coach, and Quantum Healing Arts Practitioner dedicated to supporting profound healing and growth. My work weaves together more than two decades of cross-cultural and ancient wisdom studies with the latest discoveries in neuropsychology and movement practices such as dance and yoga, creating a unique and integrative approach.
Being of Japanese and Polish heritage, and having lived between France and the UK, I bring a deep awareness of cultural complexity. I am especially attuned to the challenges of navigating identity and racial dynamics. Having walked through addiction in my own life, I carry lived experience that allows me to meet others with compassion, humility, and non-judgment.
In addition to PsychoSpiritual Coaching, I am also an Earth and Womb Wisdom Keeper, devoted to supporting the sacred power of creation, cycles, and renewal. I guide women in ceremony, lead circles, and offer perinatal support.
Hakomi Method
At the heart of this work is the understanding that our stories live not only in the mind but also in the body and nervous system. Hakomi is a gentle, mindfulness-based approach that helps bring unconscious patterns, emotions, and beliefs into awareness so they can shift with compassion.
Through body awareness, presence, and psycho-spiritual tools, this process supports transformation on every level, mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual. It offers a safe space to release what keeps you stuck, reconnect with your inner wholeness, and align more fully with your purpose and authentic expression.
