About Liana
Liana is a passionate guide and certified teacher of meditation, breathwork, and Lila, offering sessions in both English and Russian from her home base in Los Angeles. Her path has taken her deep into the heart of spiritual traditions—spending six years immersed in Vedic culture and Buddhism in India, and training at the legendary Shaolin Monastery alongside monks in Tai Chi, Qigong, and Kung Fu. A certified energy coach, Liana has also studied with some of the world’s most revered spiritual masters, including the Dalai Lama, Garchen Rinpoche, and Master Shi Yan Bin. She now weaves ancient wisdom into practical, empowering teachings designed to awaken the modern soul and inspire deep transformation.
