About Paige
Paige Nelson is a somatic movement and embodied dance facilitator whose life has been devoted to exploring the body as a vessel of expression, insight, and transformation. For over 25 years, her body has been both playground and teacher, a place to discover truth, release tension, and connect deeply to self. With more than 20 years of dance experience and a BFA in Dance, she has cultivated a deep understanding of movement, rhythm, and the ways the body holds memory, emotion, and wisdom.
Paige guides women to reconnect with that intelligence, to feel present, move freely, and remember themselves in ways that are grounding, expressive, and transformative. Her work is not about perfect form or technique; it is about listening, exploring, and creating space for the body and spirit to speak and heal. She believes the body is a doorway to self-awareness, creativity, and transformation, and she guides women back to themselves: whole, grounded, and fully expressive.
Plant Medicine Integration
Sacred Motion is more than a movement class. It is a reclamation, an invitation for women to return to their body’s truth, root into themselves, and remember dance as sacred ritual. Each journey weaves together circle and sharing, guided somatic movement, and choreographic play to release tension, awaken creativity, and reconnect body and spirit.
This is not about performance; it is about moving without apology, trusting your body’s wisdom, and remembering yourself as grounded, expansive, and alive in your own rhythm, held in the safety of sisterhood.
