About Nicole


Nicole Mavris, born and raised in Miami with Greek and Colombian roots, discovered yoga in high school and quickly developed a deep connection to the practice. After completing her teacher training in 2016, she began teaching in 2017 and has continued to deepen her passion for yoga ever since.

Her classes blend somatic yoga with a focus on strength, breath, alignment, emotional release, and flexibility, all tailored to the unique needs of her students. Nicole emphasizes mindfulness, helping students deepen their physical practice while cultivating presence and awareness.

Each session concludes with a restorative sound bath to promote relaxation and support nervous system balance. Nicole’s mission is to create a nurturing space for self-exploration, healing, and inner peace.

Somatic Yoga Therapy


Somatic Yoga Therapy is a healing practice that helps you reconnect with your body, release tension, and support emotional well-being.

Through slow, mindful movement, breathwork, and sound therapy, it encourages body awareness and supports the release of stored trauma and stagnant energy. This gentle approach creates a safe space for emotional processing, helping you feel lighter, more grounded, and more deeply connected to yourself.
