About Lauren
Lauren Martinez is a spiritual guide and educator devoted to helping others walk their path in right relationship with themselves, with Spirit, and with the living world. A lifelong student of the spiritual path, she has spent the past six years studying with elders and wisdom keepers from diverse lineages while walking the Red Road, a path rooted in prayer, reverence, and balance with the Earth.
Formerly the founder of The Center for the Higher Self in Miami, Florida, Lauren’s work bridges ancient wisdom with grounded, embodied guidance. She helps seekers cultivate energetic clarity, discernment, and spiritual integrity so they can stay connected to the sacred while remaining rooted in everyday life.
Her calling is to help others remember that protection is not separation, it is alignment. Through integrity, awareness, and self-trust, she supports others in walking their path as clear, sovereign beings devoted to living in harmony with the sacred.

This offering was born from a deep calling to bring grounded truth and sacred structure back to the modern spiritual path. Over years of study, ceremony, and holding space for others, I’ve witnessed how many seekers step into powerful work without the tools to stay safe, discerning, or energetically protected. This session is an initiation into spiritual sovereignty: how to stay open to Spirit without losing your grounding, how to recognize manipulation and unsafe containers, and how to walk in right relationship with your energy, with others, and with the unseen.
Together, we explore practical and energetic tools for discernment, spiritual consent, and protection of the body’s spiritual gates. You’ll learn how to maintain clarity in community, establish reciprocity with teachers and medicines, and integrate after deep work with safety and alignment. This isn’t about fear, it’s about integrity. When we are protected, resourced, and discerning, our spiritual work becomes a force of beauty, healing, and liberation.
