Erin Rusler is an Ayurvedic practitioner and yoga therapist who helps people feel their best through a practical blend of ancient wisdom and modern science. With advanced degrees in Yoga Studies and Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine, she offers a holistic, preventative approach to health focused on balance and whole-being wellness.

Her work bridges academia and hands-on practice. At Loyola Marymount University, she supports the Yoga Studies Department while teaching and coordinating programs that bring yoga and Ayurveda into modern life. Formerly with the Doshi Center for Integrative Health and Maharishi AyurVeda, she worked alongside an Indian Vaidya, offering consultations, pulse reading, herbal medicine, and therapeutic bodywork. Erin’s approach is accessible, evidence-informed, and rooted in philosophy, guiding each person toward resilience, clarity, and vibrant health.
