This gentle approach provides a safe space for emotional processing, helping you feel lighter, more grounded, and deeply connected to yourself.

About Nicole

Nicole Mavris, born and raised in Miami with Greek and Colombian roots, discovered yoga through her high school and quickly developed a deep connection to the practice. After completing her teacher training in 2016, she began teaching in 2017 and has continued to grow her passion for yoga.

Her classes blend somatic yoga with a focus on strength, breath, alignment, emotional release, and flexibility, tailored to her students' unique needs. Nicole emphasizes mindfulness, helping students deepen their physical practice while cultivating presence and awareness.

Each session concludes with a restorative sound bath, promoting relaxation and nervous system balance. Nicole’s mission is to create a nurturing space for self-exploration, healing, and inner peace.
